The Dewalt DCB184B 18v Battery Pack pairs with Apple and Android smart devices using the Tool Connect™ App. This innovation gives Dewalt users the ability to control their compatible Dewalt batteries remotely via a Bluetooth device.

Features:

Connects with the Tool Connect™ app providing:
Diagnostics – enabling you to check battery temperature, state of charge and connection to Bluetooth. This also allows you to remotely enable or disable the battery, to deter theft and conserve battery life.
Actions and Alerts – enabling Dewalt users to set alerts to notify them when the battery is out of range, at high temperature or at low battery. The app also provides a lending feature, where you can set the battery to be lent for a certain amount of time. If this time is exceeded, the battery can be remotely disabled.
State of charge indicator that helps manage pack charging.
Compatible with all slide on Dewalt Li-Ion 18V Tools.
